Missing cards or instructions

Missing or damaged cards
Email hello@wayshaper.co.uk to obtain a replacement card or a printable PDF. Please include your postal address and allow 10 working days for a replacement.

Subscriptions and updates

Subscriptions run for 12 months and begin on the day the order is processed. They do not automatically renew, so you can choose to extend your subscription at the end of the term or at a later date by purchasing a renewal in the shop. You can check your subscription status and expiry date at My subscription.

Cards and instructions may be updated from time to time. Customers with active paid subscriptions will receive email notifications about these updates and free copies of updated cards will be sent by post to the delivery address registered under the account.

Coupon codes

Group coupon codes
Groups can buy a Wayshaper toolkit at a discount price of £50 when using a coupon code provided by a Community Led Homes Accredited Advisor who has a Wayshaper subscription. Advisors can be approached here. Please note: Not all advisors currently have a Wayshaper subscription during this initial rollout period.

Group coupon codes received by advisors
When purchasing an accredited advisor toolkit, advisors will receive 10 group coupon codes to distribute to groups at their own discretion. These will be sent to advisors as 10 emails, each containing a single use coupon which will allow a group to purchase a toolkit at the reduced price if £50 inc VAT by clicking on the coupon (which will automatically add the code to the checkout) or by manually entering the code in the checkout. Each code can only be used once.

Accredited advisor coupon codes issued by hubs
Accredited advisors in receipt of a 100% discount coupon code from their hub will still need to provide their address in the billing section of the shopping cart, to enable their subscription account to be created and physical toolkit to be posted. No bank details will be requested during sign up.

Payments are accepted from major cards and are processed securely by our payment partner stripe.com. Orders are processed once per week on Wednesdays.

Invoices are sent with order confirmation emails, including a PDF attachment.

Toolkits and subscription prices include VAT. The Confederation of Co-operative Housing Ltd VAT registration number is GB784473686.

Deliveries are by Royal Mail First Class post, and are despatched weekly on Wednesdays. Orders placed after 12 noon on Wednesday will be despatched the following week.

Cancellations and returns

Under the distance selling rules customers have the right to cancel their subscription within 14 days of the purchase date by email notification to hello@wayshaper.co.uk. Customers must return physical goods within 14 days of notice of cancellation and are responsible for postage costs and insuring goods in transit, using a tracked and signed for postal service. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of goods being received. Please email hello@wayshaper.co.uk to obtain a return address.

Hiring a facilitator

If you would like to be introduced to an accredited advisor to provide paid help as a workshop facilitator or to provide support and guidance please email hello@wayshaper.co.uk indicating the region where you are looking to develop your project, the stage which your group is at, and any particular details about the type of help required.
